IFA Report
During the IFA 2010, the Samsung Galaxy Tab was shown and a few months later, the Tab has seen a phased introduction and is now available in different countries. The Samsung Galaxy Tab Android tablet can be comfortably held in one hand, just like holding a Smartphone, although you will notice its weight after a while. I put the tablet flat on the table to keep working with it. Operation is intuitive and the tablet’s buttons in combination with the touch control make it easy to navigate. The memory card slot for the microSD / SDHC cards and the SIM slot are found on the side of the Samsung Galaxy Tab. In addition, the on/off button and the volume button are neatly integrated into the side. The front of the Samsung Galaxy Tab, there is a VGA camera for video calling, and a 3 Megapixel digital camera is on the back.

HTC HD Smartphone review - The new HTC Desire HD Smartphone comes in a slim packaging with a large image of the phone itself on the front. As soon as we open the packaging, the HTC Desire HD can be picked up immediately. The HTC Desire HD Smartphone looks impressive, it is big but it also has a very sleek design. The front of the phone has a large touchscreen of 4.3 inches, with a few touch keys underneath it. The back of the HTC Desire HD Smartphone is made out of one piece, just like the HTC Legend, although it does have a couple of flaps and a cut-away near the flash made of a different material which makes the HTC mobile phone look a bit rough.

Apple iPhone 3Gs review

The retail packaging of this new iPhone, the Apple iPhone 3Gs, has remained virtually the same. The already compact sales packaging has now shrunk even further, and a silver-lined S, which stands for speed, has been added to the type name. Furthermore, a picture of the smartphone Apple iPhone 3Gs is displayed on the front, whilst the Apple logo can be found on the side, just like the text displayed in silver. Opening a sealed packaging is always a good feeling, and as soon as the top cover is removed, the iPhone 3Gs becomes visible.

With the introduction and availability of the Samsung Pixon 12, the mobile photographer is confronted with high resolution pictures for the first time. The Samsung Pixon 12 features a special AMOLED touchscreen for a powerful color reproduction, and provides the avid user with several creative possibilities to capture everything in his surroundings and share it immediately with the mobile community. The various communication options and functionalities we will take for granted, because in this article we'd like to focus primarily on the picture functions of the Pixon 12 phone. Launching the Samsung Pixon camera mode does take some time, but once it is activated, the speed is remarkable.

Many recently new introduced phones feature a full touch screen. Although it is considered a trend, not everybody seems keen to rely solely on a touchscreen, and it are exactly these consumers that demand a general keypad. This mobile phone combines a general numeric keypad with a touchscreen, thus providing the user with two operating options.
